Jesus is the founding partner and CEO of RS Corporate Finance, he has developed his career in investment banking in both international and national banks, among which UBS, Lazard, Goldman Sachs and N+1 (now Alantra) stand out.
He has more than 15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), IPOs, refinancing and company valuations. He has worked for different clients, such as multinational companies, industrial companies, companies listed on the IBEX 35, and equity or family funds, developing transnational operations between Spanish and foreign companies, and thus achieving a substantial international experience in Europe, America and Asia.
He makes his professional life compatible with teaching, as he is an associate professor at ICAI-ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid) where he teaches corporate finance classes, he is also a “Coach” of the IMD (Institute Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland) in several master’s programs in finance. He is also director of two online education programs for the Grupo Planeta division, Online Business School (Master’s in Financial Management and Master’s in Banking, Financial Markets and Wealth Management).
Jesús has a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid) and graduated with honors from the Master in Business Administration (MBA) taught by IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).

Alberto Reglero Sánchez
Founder RS Forensic
Alberto is the Founding Partner of RS Forensic, a firm that forms part of RS Corporate Finance. With over 20 years’ experience in auditing and economic and financial consultancy, he specialises in providing services to a wide range of industries as an expert in economic, financial and accounting matters. His professional work focuses on the preparation of Independent Expert Reports, valuations in dispute contexts, pre-arbitration scenarios or complex negotiations.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid) and a PDD from IESE Business School. He is also accredited as a Chartered Accountant by the REC (Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España) and is a full member of AECA (Asociación Española de Contabilidad y Administración de Empresas).
Until founding RS Forensic in 2025, Alberto was part of KPMG’s Forensic practice. His professional career began at EY in 2005, where he held various roles in the audit department for the financial sector. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous disputes before arbitration tribunals in Spain (CIMA) and Europe (ICC), leading projects in Latin America (Peru, Mexico, Chile and Ecuador), Europe (Germany, France and the United Kingdom) and the United States.
In addition, Alberto combines his strategic work with teaching, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and at OBS Business School (Grupo Planeta) in the fields of accounting, auditing and financial statement analysis.
Rodrigo is Vice President at RS Corporate Finance, where he has developed most of his professional career after working as an analyst at the Link Securities company.
He joined RS Corporate Finance in January 2017, where he participates in various projects such as M&A operations, restructuring, search for financing, valuations or strategic advice in different sectors such as energy, industrial or consumption, both in national and international projects.
He graduated in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and has a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He currently has the level II of the CFA program.
In addition, he combines his professional life with other activities such as teaching, where he teaches in the Master of Financial Management at the OBS school, or participation in different economic and financial media.

Gabriela Chávarri

Gabriela joined RS Corporate Finance in 2018. She has developed her professional career in the world of B2B, as head of the photography and catalog department of Quaint & Quality, S.L, commercial coordinator of the company and as a sales manager for large client accounts. In 2016 she founded her own project “Pics-Bebela” to create personalized albums.
She has a degree in Fine Arts and a master’s degree in digital transformation (MIB) from the ISDI.
Gorka joined RS Corporate Finance in September 2023. He is graduated in Business Administration and Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).
Previously, he completed internships in the accounting area of accounting of Blur Producciones and in the commercial area of Bankinter
