RS Corporate Finance is an independent financial advisory boutique that focuses on advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financing or capital raising.

It was founded in 2012 with the vision of covering a need detected by its founder, Jesús Reglero, in industrial and financial clients of receiving tailor-made financial advice according to the demands of different projects.

Since the beginning, RS Corporate Finance has worked on advising mainly Spanish companies on both national and international corporate projects.
