PRIVACY POLICY – PRIVATE GOLF TOURNAMENT (III EDITION)

RESA ADVICE AND INVESTMENT, S.L.U. will process the personal data provided in order to manage your participation in the golf tournament. The results of the participants will be published on our corporate website. Similarly, we may process your image, if you consent, for publication on RESA’s social networks and corporate website. If the player consents, their personal data will be communicated to the sponsors of the tournament for commercial purposes.
The legal basis for managing your participation in the tournament is the fulfillment of a contractual relationship to which the interested party is a party. Similarly, the organization will publish the results of the tournament on its corporate website based on the legitimate interest of the person in charge. Where we ask for your consent, this will be the legal basis for the processing, which you can withdraw at any time.
The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment and will be communicated to the chosen golf course, as well as to the federation. Likewise, your contact information may be communicated to sponsors for commercial purposes when you have authorized it.
The interested party may request the right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data and limitation or opposition to their treatment. Similarly, you have the right to file a claim with the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.
